We provide returns/exchanges should you be unsatisfied with your purchases, provided that the items are in original condition with it's original packaging. You will, however, bear the cost of return by mail with tracking number. Returns must be done within 7days from shipping date. Only regular priced items are eligible for exchanges/returns (not including sale item or items purchased using discount codes).

You may return incorrect or defective items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Kindly take a picture of the product and submit a request via email to email@example.com. Please note that exchanges will only be done for products that is in its original condition. Please provide us with the tracking number for return shipments.
A refund will only be done if the item(s) run out of stock for an exchange.
Processing time for refunds will take up to 2 weeks from the day the return mail.
Refunds will be processed in the original payment method used.
We try our best to represent our colors as accurately as possible in the pictures but appearance of color may vary between computer monitors or on your devices. Please do allow slight colour discrepancy. It should not be considered as a defect.
